Heineken Company Visit Bangkok Networking Event Thailand

Long overdue: a fresh NTCC visit to Thai Asia Pacific Breweries, the brewer of Heineken, Tiger and Cheers beer. We’re going on Thursday 15 November for an “informative tasting session”. If you have participated before you know that nothing compares to the taste of a glass of Heineken that was brewed only a couple of hours before. If that were not enough, Heineken is proud to host the very first NTCC beer pouring competition.

How to pour the perfect glass? Don’t’ worry, we will first get a thorough demonstration by a winner of an international beer pouring competition. And then it’s up to the NTCC participants. Please note that it is the quality of the pouring that counts, not the speed, the size of the head or anything else. Also, every beer you pour is supposed to be tasted on the spot so you will understand why Heineken has become the number one premium beer in Thailand. And then we will taste TAPB’s second brand Tiger beer followed by a cross calibration session (re-tasting Heineken). And maybe (just maybe) we’ll be allowed to try some Cheers as well.
To the people who have never visited the brewery: it’s just great. Do not miss this opportunity!

Needless to say that we do not want people to drive their car after a session like this. We have a bus to transport you to and from the brewery. Below is the tentative program with all the details:

13.00 hrs. Departure by van from the Grand Mercure Fortune hotel, Ratchadaphisek Rd
14.15 hrs. Arrival at the brewery and welcome drink at copper hopper (a quick one just to whet the lips)
14.30 hrs. Welcome speech and museum tour
14.45 hrs. Presentation beer market and beer process
15:00 hrs. Brewery tour
15:30 hrs. Taste and compare Heineken and Tiger at copper hopper
15.45 hrs. Demonstration of the Perfect Pour, followed by the first ever NTCC-Heineken beer pouring competition
16.45 hrs. Group photo & Depart to Bangkok
18.00 hrs. Arrival at the Grand Mercure Fortune hotel, Ratchadaphisek Rd
