On an almost daily basis we read about the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which will supposedly start on 1 January 2015. As there is a lot of misunderstanding and misinformation about what will really happen and what is at stake, we joined The Netherlands-Thai and Beluthai Chambers of Commerce in the organization of a Breakfast Seminar with Andrew Durieux, chairman of the AEC Committee of the Joint Foreign Chambers in Thailand.
