U.S. medical researchers are dying mysterious deaths in Thailand. Tek is called upon to look into the affair. And after Tek peels back the layers of the mystery, he discovers the deaths are linked to a conspiracy dating back to the Second World War.

Tek is recruited to stop the plot hatched by right wing Japanese fanatics. Their grievances go back to World War II and the subsequent loss of Japan’s preeminent position in the world as the second most powerful economy.

To avert possible world catastrophe, Tek battles governments and the Japanese underworld to end the plot.
