As with previous years, the event will culminate with ‘Sommelier,’ a grand wine tasting event where the competition’s winners and two runners-up will be announced, and where guests can sample over 100 wines from 20 wine importing countries, indulge in gourmet canapés, and mix with a glamorous crowd of F&B professionals, wine trade executives, and high-end wine enthusiasts. With over 1,000 guests expected, it’s a great place to meet key players in Thailand’s wine industry.
The fourth edition of the prestigious annual ‘Thailand’s Best Sommelier Competition’ will be held at the Dusit Thani Bangkok on June 30 and July 1, 2011.
Once again talented sommeliers from around the kingdom will arrive at the hotel to showcase their skills in front of a panel of judges in the hope of being declared Thailand’s Best Sommelier.
